Welcome to ATBooking ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Create an account (name, phone number)
  • Create a store or service listing (store name, location, contact details, photos)
  • Make or receive a booking request
  • Contact another user via the app

We may also automatically collect certain device and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, and general usage patterns to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the ATBooking service
  • Display your listings and store information to other users
  • Enable booking requests between customers and store owners
  • Send push notifications for booking updates and confirmations
  • Improve and personalise your experience
  • Send important service and account notifications

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your contact details (phone number, WhatsApp) are only shared when you choose to make them visible on a public listing or store page.

We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g. cloud hosting, push notifications), under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Location Information

ATBooking may request access to your device's GPS location when you use the distance-based search filter. This is used only to find nearby listings and services and is never stored or shared. If you add a location to your store or listing, that location will be displayed publicly on your listing page.

7. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you push notifications about booking requests, confirmations, and updates. You can manage notification permissions at any time through your device settings.

8. Photos & Media

Photos you upload for listings or your profile are stored on our servers and displayed publicly on your listing pages. Please only upload photos you own or have the right to share.

9. Children's Privacy

ATBooking is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

11. Third-Party Links

Our app may contain links to third-party services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services and encourage you to review their policies.

Delete Your Account
Permanently remove your data from ATBooking

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All stores and services you have created
  • All listings and photos you have uploaded
  • All booking requests associated with your account
  • Your contact information stored in our system
How to Delete Your Account

Open ATBooking Launch the app on your device and sign in to your account.

Go to Profile Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll Down Scroll down to the Options section on your Profile page.

Tap "Delete Account" Tap "Delete Account" and confirm twice when prompted. This action is permanent.

Done Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. Please include your registered phone number so we can identify your account.
